Orders land in the store dashboard under Orders. The checkout flow guide in the pack maps each status to the next action.

The attached handoff guide names every final file, the three tasks your team will do first, and the support window: fixes to delivered scope are free until 30 November 2026, reported by email. After that date, further work is quoted at $95/hour.

“Is everything working as expected? Any question from the handoff guide?” Then, and only then: “What changed for your business since the new site launched? Two or three sentences are enough — I will draft from your reply for your approval, and the final wording is yours to approve before it appears anywhere.”
“Is there one person you know who is about to start a project like this one?” One introduction, with a forwardable note supplied. The same message states honestly that the free support window ends today, and what the paid rate is from here.
Subscription checkout, a second language version, and the loyalty programme were discussed and deferred. They are not in this delivery, and they are not forgotten: each is a separate, quotable phase when Lumen is ready. Nothing else was promised and left out.
