What does the nightly rate include?

Breakfast on the terrace, cove access with towels and shade, the library, the record collection, and absolutely no resort fee — we find those embarrassing.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes. Two of our suites are dog-approved, the cove is dog-adored before 9am, and the kitchen keeps treats behind the counter.

How do cancellations work?

Full refund up to 7 days before arrival, because plans change and the tide does too. Inside 7 days we keep the first night.

Is the cove really private?

The beach below the house is ours alone — 210 meters down the dune path, lifeguarded in season, empty most mornings.
